नई दिल्ली। तुर्की और पड़ोसी देश सीरिया में सोमवार को आए 7.8 की तीव्रता के शक्तिशाली भूकंप में 4300 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि हजारों की संख्या में लोग घायल हुए हैं। भूकंप से हजारों इमारतों को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है। हताहतों की संख्या बढ़ने की आशंका है, क्योंकि बचावकर्मी अब भी प्रभावित इलाकों में मलबे में फंसे लोगों की तलाश में जुटे हैं। इसके बाद भूकंप के दो और तेज झटके आए, जिनकी तीव्रता क्रमशः 7.6 और 6.0 थी।

भूकंप कितना भयावह था, इसका अंदाजा वहां के वीडियो से लगाया जा सकता है। ,सोशल मीडिया पर भूकंप के दौरान के कई वीडियो वायरल हो रहे हैं।

इसमें देखा जा सकता है कि कुछ ही पलों में इमारते ताश के पत्तों की तरह धराशायी हो गई। लोग उसमें दब गए। जो लोग बाहर थे, वे भूकंप के विनाश को देखकर चिल्ला उठे।

तुर्की में भूकंप की विनाशलीला के बाद भारत समेत विभिन्न देश मदद में जुटे हैं। भारत ने भी राहत सामग्री भेजी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने तुर्की को मदद का आश्वासन दिया है।
